Among United-branded credit cards, the United℠ TravelBank Card is the simplest. It offers up to 2% cash back on eligible purchases, a $150 welcome offer after you spend $1,000 in your first 3 months and requires no annual fee.
This card offers solid rewards that work whether you’re a frequent United flyer or just want to save up for an occasional flight. Use this card on certain in-flight purchases and you’ll earn 25% back as well.
That said, it’s a no-frills card without much of the travel perks that other cards offer. For example, you won’t find much in the way of travel upgrades or waivers with this card, and travel protections are rather minimal. If these aren’t much of a concern for you however, you may find plenty to like with this card.
