Loans like myKredit

myKredit offers flexible short-term loans for those in need of fast credit, using "Connect-Secure" to look at your internet banking and verify your income. However, it isn't the only short term loan provider in the market. We’ve put together a list of UK lenders offering similar services.

Warning: Late repayment can cause you serious money problems. For help, go to moneyhelper.org.uk.

Please note: High-cost short-term credit is unsuitable for sustained borrowing over long periods and would be expensive as a means of longer-term borrowing.

London-based myKredit offers fast, flexible loans online, promising an instant decision, and funding within half an hour of approval.

myKredit also lends slightly higher amounts to new customers than many other short term lenders would. This may well be down to the fact that it uses technology it refers to as “Connect-Secure” to look at your internet banking and verify your income. To do this, myKredit will require your internet banking login details, and your permission to do scrape your transactions. To learn more, read our guide to lenders accessing your internet banking.

There are plenty of other similar lenders out there, and some (for example SafetyNet Credit) – but not all – use this scraping technology as part of their approval processes. It’s important to compare your options, so check out our list of services like myKredit before you apply for a loan.
