How to use Delta’s SkyMiles shopping program

Earn miles on your purchases and get special offers.

Updated

Using Delta’s SkyMiles shopping program, you can earn Delta miles on purchases such as apparel, electronics, furniture, office supplies and more. You can use any credit card you want, but a Delta cobranded card will help you earn additional miles.

How does Delta’s SkyMiles shopping program work?

The SkyMiles shopping program is simple — for every eligible purchase made, you’ll be awarded a certain number of miles. The number of miles depends on the store and can be up to 20 miles per dollar or up to 3,000 miles for eligible purchases.

Also, some stores offer additional discounts or free shipping for purchases over a certain amount. But keep an eye on the expiration date. Some shops make these offers only for a limited time.

How to use Delta’s SkyMiles shopping program

Before you start using the SkyMiles shopping program, you need a SkyMiles account where your miles will accrue. Once you have a SkyMiles account:

  1. Go to the SkyMiles shopping website.
  2. Sign up with your SkyMiles number and use a different password than your SkyMiles account.
  3. Log in to your SkyMiles shopping account.
  4. Start shopping either by choosing categories, deals or stores through the SkyMiles shopping website.
