If you’re a business owner who regularly flies with JetBlue, you’ll like the benefits of this small business card.
Let’s start with the TrueBlue points you can earn on purchases with the low-cost carrier — a generous 6x points per dollar when you book directly with JetBlue Airways. You’ll also earn 2x points at office supply stores and restaurants and 1x points on all other purchases.
Another perk is 5,000 bonus TrueBlue points on your card anniversary. All point earnings are unlimited and don’t expire.
As for travel extras, your JetBlue Business Card allows for a complimentary checked bag for you and up to three companions flying on the same reservation. You also get 50% off in-flight meals, beverages and JetBlue movies. Not to mention foreign transactions attract no fees.
Spend more than $50,000 in a calendar year with your card, and you’re upgraded to enjoy TrueBlue Mosaic benefits for fee-less changes and cancellations, seat upgrades and early boarding. All in addition to more robust point multiples.
With many benefits and only a $99 annual fee, it’s a top choice for businesses that travel a lot in regions served by JetBlue. Add cards to your account at no additional fee with the flexibility to set individual limits and other restrictions for each employee.

What to watch out for
Limited points earnings outside of JetBlue. The 6x points earned on JetBlue purchases is solid. But you’ll earn limited points on office supplies, restaurants and everyday spending. Other business cards offer stronger rewards that can include 1.5 miles or 2% cash back across all spending.
Annual fee. Given this card’s rewards, loyal JetBlue fliers can quickly make up the $99 annual fee. Still, other business rewards cards charge no annual fee.
Potentially high APR. This card comes with no low- or 0%-APR intro period, attracting 15.99% to 19.99% variable APR on purchases immediately. Cash withdrawals come with a high 25.24% variable. You’ll want to keep this in mind if you plan to carry balances monthly.

What size business is the JetBlue Business Card good for?
The JetBlue Business Card is a good match for small- to medium-size businesses looking to get big value on JetBlue flights with a small $99 annual fee. All business purchases earn TrueBlue points with no cap on how much you can earn.
Larger companies might prefer more robust expense management tools and tracking apps, which this card lacks.
What should I know before I apply?
To apply for the JetBlue Business Card, you must be at least 18 years old, a permanent US resident and the sole proprietor or authorized representative of your business.
Required documents and information
Your name, address, Social Security number and date of birth
Full details of your business, including its legal name and registered address
The number of employees in your business and your total annual revenue
Your TrueBlue member number, if you’re a member
What credit score do I need?
You’ll have a better chance of approval for the JetBlue Business Card if you apply with a good to excellent credit score of 670 or higher.
What’s my likelihood of being approved?
Barclaycard, this card’s issuing bank, doesn’t release internal approval criteria, but expect it to look at many factors beyond your credit score when considering your application. It will likely consider the total credit already available to your business, how much of that credit is currently in use and your ability to repay on your spending.
Ultimately a good to excellent credit score can bolster your chances of approval, but it’s no guarantee.
JetBlue Business Card reviews and complaints
Customers online generally praise this card’s earning potential on JetBlue’s already low airfare. But a few say that they’ve received notification of lower credit limits after only a few months of using it, without a lot of explanation as to why. Others say that approval can be difficult if you own other business credit cards.
Some reviewers indicate that help with Barclaycard customer service is quick and sufficient, even if the problem is difficult.
Barclaycard is part of Barclays Bank Delaware, which earns an A+ from the Better Business Bureau as of October 2020, and has been accredited since January 2001. However, the brand earns a 1.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, garnering over 3,000 one-star reviews that cite poor communication, unexpected credit limit decreases and charge issues.
