Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for your question!
According to our page and from the Cards.com website, when a deposit is made on the Card.com Prepaid Card, Direct deposit capabilities is subject to payer’s support of this feature. Check with your payer to find out when the direct deposit funds will start. Funds availability is subject to payer’s timing.
Hope this helps! For any further questions, feel free to reach out to us again, we’re here to help.
Best,

Do I have a credit limit on this card?

Hi Paige,
Thank you for your comment.
Please note that the Card.com Visa Prepaid Card is just one type of reloadable card on the market that you can use anywhere that accepts Visa. This is not a credit card, hence, there is no credit limit set up for this card.

I’ve only read bad reviews for card.com but it seems to be a pretty good card from what I just read. I’ve not used it yet but my solo pre paid card is terrible. I get charged for everything I do. When running at a store, ATM and when it don’t go through, they charge almost a dollar even when it’s not my fault so I’m just asking will this be the case with card.com? I need a card I can use everyday and not be charged for everything I do. Is there charges for online purchases?
