What are my cover options with offers three different types of pet insurance. They are listed below with a selection of their features:

Cat insurance:
  • Choice of Lifetime or Standard cover.

Dog insurance:
  • You can choose from Standard or Lifetime cover.

  • Public liability cover.
Multi-pet insurance:
  • 10% extra off multi-pet policies.
  • You can mix and match Standard or Lifetime policies.

What are my cover level options?

There are two levels of cover offered by for pet insurance. They are:

Standard cover:
  • Get 12 months treatment from the date that your pet starts to display symptoms
  • No minimum term.
  • Up to £4000 cover for vet fees per policy period.
  • Cover for the death of a pet by accident or illness.
Lifetime cover:
  • Covers ongoing treatment for life.
  • Zero excess except on vet fees.
  • Cover for death of a pet by accident or illness.
  • This is the most extensive form of cover.

What is covered under my policy?

With a Standard or Lifetime policy, your pet will be covered for the following:

Vet fees
Death of pet
Boarding fees
Holiday cancellation
Loss by theft or straying
Advertising reward
Accidental injury
Personal accident
Public liability
Damage to another person’s property
Loss of your income due to being bitten by your pet

What is my excess?

An excess is the amount of money that you will be expected to contribute should you make a claim.

The price of your excess will depend on factors such as your level of cover, your pet and where you live. For full details on your excess, make sure you read your Policy Schedule as it should be listed.

What is the claims process for
