What’s happened to GoBear?

GoBear
GoBear announced in January 2021 that they would be closing down their business due to impacts from COVID-19. At Finder, we felt there was a great alignment between the two brands and, after three years with a light presence in the region, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to step in and purchase the like-minded brand. Like GoBear, Finder is committed to helping customers improve their financial wellbeing and our mission is to help people all over the world make better money-related decisions every day. We want to continue to honour GoBear’s vision and are proud to be continuing to serve the people of SouthEast Asia.

What does this mean for GoBear’s users?

You will be able to continue to access the information and products you know and love via Finder and we’re working hard to make sure we carry on serving you and your needs. GoBear’s website content will now be integrated into local Finder sites across the seven markets, however the GoBear brand will continue to operate via social media and email channels so it’s not goodbye. In fact, we think the best is yet to come – so stay tuned.
