Who is Jet2?
Jet2insurance.com is a trading name of Jet2.com Limited, and is an appointed representative of ROCK Insurance Group. Jet2 is commonly known in the UK as being a low-cost airline, but it also provides package holidays, accommodation and insurance.
What are my policy options?
Jet2 offer a range of policy options, as well as the choice to customise your policy to suit your needs.
Features of the policy include:
- Trips for up to 365 days in length
- Kids go free
- Cover up to the age of 85
Features of the policy include:
- As many trips up to 31 days within a year as you like
- Winter sports cover as standard
- Cover available up to the age of 70
- Excess waiver
- Winter sports cover
- Gadget cover
- Special sports cover
What’s covered under my policy?
Jet2 offer three levels of cover for their insurance policies: Essential, Super and Super Plus. Below we have listed what’s covered under each policy level for a standard single trip, with no extras. As you would expect, policy payout amounts tend to increase as you move from Essential to Super Plus cover.

What is my excess?
An excess is the amount of money you contribute to each claim you make before Jet2 will pay out.
The amount of your excess you have to pay will depend on which level of cover you have, if you decided to waiver your excess and the nature of your claim. Make sure to check your policy schedule where your excess information will be shown in detail.
What is the claims process?
If you require emergency medical assistance while on holiday, call +44(0)333 300 2142, quoting Jet2. You must retain receipts for medical and other costs incurred, and the excess must be paid by you at the time of treatment. If you are physically unable to contact the assistance team, then you or someone designated by you must contact the team within 48 hours
To make a claim on your travel insurance, phone the Claims Helpline on 0333 300 2141 and ask for a claim form. To claim under the Gadget insurance, call 02077 851 702. To claim under the Vehicle Hire Excess, call 0333 3230 095 or +44 1634 382 574 (Outside UK).
