Finder partners with HD Decisions
1 November, 2019, LONDON –
Personal finance comparison website finder.com has partnered with HD Decisions, a part of Experian, in a move that will revolutionise the way its customers choose their credit cards.
The eligibility service, powered by Experian, will give Finder’s users a personalised likelihood of approval for each credit card on the UK market. With a minimum of personal details required, the tool will suggest a selection of cards that are most likely to be a fit for the customer’s needs.
With Finder currently listing over 150 credit cards on its site, this tailored process will allow consumers to narrow down a crowded and at times confusing market to a smaller number of well-suited cards, potentially saving them a significant amount of time and protecting them from potential damage to their credit scores.
The service will also be popular with Finder’s credit card partners. They can expect to see an increase in acceptance rates and efficiency when processing potential customers.
Speaking about the innovation, Jon Ostler, UK CEO of finder.com, said: “This partnership with HD will benefit everyone involved, and is an exciting development for Finder here in the UK.
“We are always looking to help our users identify the very best deals and this eligibility service will also enable consumers to avoid the disappointment of not being accepted for a card, save them time and protect their credit score.
“Our credit card partners are also going to benefit from the new service. We work closely with them and it is important we provide them with a seamless referral process, by sending them the most appropriate applicants.”
