  How do I use my boohoo promo code?

  1. Browse through boohoo’s items and choose what you’d like to purchase.
  2. Once you’ve selected an item you’d like to buy, choose your size and colour, if applicable (unavailable items will have an “X”) and click the pink “ADD TO BAG” button.

  
  3. Once you’ve selected all your items and you’re ready to check out, click on the “YOUR BAG” button at the top-right corner of the screen to access your items and click “CHECKOUT”.

  

  4. On the next page, you’ll need to log in if you’re an existing boohoo customer or create an account.

  5. After selecting your address, you’ll be brought to the screen below. Enter the coupon code into the box below on the left.

  6. After the code is accepted, the total will be re-calculated.

  

  7. Continue on to enter in your payment details and finalise your order.

Delivery costs and times

boohoo’s returns policy

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the day you received the items. Faulty goods can be returned within 30 days of finding the fault. You’ll also be pleased to know that returns are completely free of charge. Simply follow these steps:

1. Re-pack your items in their original packaging.
2. Cover the original address label with the boohoo returns label. You’ll find this on your delivery note. If you can’t find it, don’t panic – simply browse your order history online and you’ll be able to print off a new one.
3. Return your package at the Post Office. Don’t forget to ask for proof of postage, and keep it safe in case you need prove that you returned an order. Alternatively you can request a return using one of boohoo’s trusted carriers (including Collect+). You can request this from your order history on the site.
