Natalie Brite is an author, mentor and speaker who’s dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, small business owners and organizations take a human-centered approach to business that’s rooted in ethics, sustainability and positive impact. She’s the founder of the Align+Flow Membership small business center and hosts the Wildly Aligned Podcast to support businesses of all sizes in implementing ethical and conscious principles into their everyday operations. Natalie attended Kent State University where she studied sociology and ethics, and holds certificates in life coaching and diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. She’s also working toward completing a certification in sustainability and development from Michigan State College.
