The $150 digital gift card available under this Promotion is provided and distributed by Finder’s supplier, Tremendous LLC (“Tremendous”) (together the “Fulfillment”). Tremendous’ termsand conditions and Finder’s privacy policy also apply to this Promotion.

These Terms and Conditions are separate from and do not form part of SoFi’s terms and conditions. Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an “Entrant”).
1. Definitions
Promotion Period means the period beginning on the date this offer is first published on Finder.com and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 30, 2025, unless otherwise extended or withdrawn by Finder.com.
New Customer means an individual who, at the time of clicking the promotional link and initiating an application for a SoFi Active Invest account, does not have—and has never previously held—an account, profile, or established service relationship with SoFi Bank, N.A., or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “SoFi Entities”).
In the case of a joint account application, all named account holders must independently meet the definition of a “New Customer” for the account to be eligible for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Reward will be awarded per new SoFi Active Invest account opened, regardless of the number of joint owners or participants.
Eligible First Deposit means the first net cash deposit of $1,000 USD or more made into your SoFi Active Invest account within 45 days of clicking the Finder promotional link. Transfers in securities, promotional credits, referral bonuses, or other non-cash deposits do not qualify as Eligible First Deposits.
Reward means the $150 Finder reward, issued as a digital gift card, provided solely by Finder.com and not by SoFi. The Reward is paid on the Fulfillment Date (i) upon successful opening of a new SoFi Active Invest account through the Finder.com promotional link; and (ii) receipt of an Eligible First Deposit of $1,000 USD or more within 45 days of clicking the Finder link.
DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, THESE TERMS REPLACE ANY PRIOR TERMS FOR THE FINDER $150 SoFi Active Invest OFFER.
2. Eligibility
Offer open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
Offer limited to first-time SoFi customers. Any individual who currently holds, or has previously held, any SoFi account or profile is not eligible.
You must open a Finder Member account if you are not already a member.
You must apply for a new SoFi Active Invest account using the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period.
Limit one Reward per Finder member regardless of the number of SoFi Active Invest accounts.
Employees, officers, and directors of Finder.com and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible.
3. How to Qualify
Sign up for a Finder Member account if you are not already a member.
Be a new SoFi customer (having no prior or existing account relationship with SoFi Bank, N.A. or its affiliates)
Apply for and open a new SoFi Active Invest account via the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period.
Make an Eligible First Deposit of $1,000 or more into your new SoFi Active Invest account within 45 days of clicking the Finder link.
Upon meeting all eligibility requirements, Finder.com will issue the $150 Reward on the Fulfillment Date.
4. Deposit Requirements
The following are not considered Eligible First Deposits:
Transfers of securities or crypto assets
Promotional credits, referral bonuses, or incentive payments from SoFi
Deposits made after the 45 day qualification window
Internal account transfers from existing SoFi accounts
ONLY NET CASH DEPOSITS OF $1,000 USD OR MORE MADE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF CLICKING THE FINDER LINK WILL TRIGGER THE $150 REWARD.
5. Reward Fulfillment
The Reward will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address associated with your SoFi Active Invest application.
Rewards will be issued within 90 days after eligibility requirements are verified by Finder (“Fulfillment Date”).
Eligibility check date: On or before February 13, 2026.
Reward issued date: On or before March 15, 2026, following verification of your Eligible First Deposit or qualifying transaction.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
Finder.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable gift cards.
6. Additional Terms
You must keep your SoFi Active Invest account open and in good standing until the Fulfillment Date.
Finder.com reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold, delay, or cancel Rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes resulting from receipt of the Reward.
Finder.com may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
For tracking and qualification, you may need to enable browser cookies and avoid ad-blocking on the application session.
Eligibility is cross-referenced across all SoFi product lines. If SoFi records indicate that a participant has an existing profile or account of any type (Banking, Loans, Credit, or Member Tools) prior to clicking the Finder link, the participant will be deemed ineligible for the Reward, regardless of whether they are opening an Invest account for the first time.
