If you’ve clicked on a Finder Reward, you’re eligible to earn an extra eGift Card for every friend you introduce to our eligible products. It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the word. What is the Finder Rewards Refer a Friend (RAF) program?

If you are an Eligible Finder Member (someone who has clicked on an active Finder Reward), you can earn an additional RAF Reward for every friend you refer who successfully signs up and purchases an eligible product through your unique link.

How do I find my unique referral link?

Once you’ve clicked on a Finder Reward, log into your member dashboard to copy your unique link.

Who can participate?

• The Referrer (Eligible Member): You must be a Finder Member who has already clicked on a reward through the Finder Comparison Service.
• The Friend (Referred Member): Must be a Finder member who uses your unique referral link to purchase an eligible product and meets that product’s specific reward criteria.

Which products are eligible for a referral bonus?

All Finder rewards are eligible at this time.

Can I refer more than one friend?

Yes! You can receive a RAF Reward for each successful referral. There is currently no stated limit on the number of friends you can refer, provided each friend is a unique individual.

Does my friend get a Finder Reward too?

Yes. Your friend must opt-in an eligible product to be eligible. By using your link, they are participating in that product’s standard promotion while also helping you earn your referral bonus.

How do I get my reward?

To ensure you receive your Visa gift card:

1. Your friend must use your unique Referral Link.
2. Your friend must sign up (or already be) a Finder Member.
3. Your friend must opt-in and meet all the specific eligibility requirements for the product they bought.

When will I receive my Visa Gift Card?

Your reward is processed at the same time as your friend’s reward. Once your friend passes their eligibility check (as outlined in the specific Product T&Cs), your eGift Card will be sent to you electronically.

How is the reward delivered?

All rewards are sent via email by Tremendous.

• You will receive an email to activate your digital Visa gift card.
• Redemption: You must activate your gift card within 12 months of receiving it.
• Card Expiry: The digital Visa gift card has a 6-month expiry from the date of activation.

What if my friend forgets to use my link?

For a referral to be successful, the purchase must be tracked through your unique link. If a friend purchases directly on the Finder site without using your link, we cannot manually link the accounts later or issue the RAF Reward.

Are there any restrictions?

• No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself using a different email address.
• US Only: This promotion is only open to residents of the United States.
• Fraud Prevention: Conduct designed to undermine the promotion is prohibited and may result in rewards being withheld or revoked.

If you believe you are eligible and have not received your RAF Reward within 90 days after eligibility checks are completed, please contact Finder’s customer service using the email linked to your Finder account.
