Quadpay is a free service that never charges any hidden fees or interest. The only time you'll pay a fee is if you miss a payment. You'll be charged $7 for the first day a payment goes unpaid and an additional $7 if your payment is a full seven days late.
If you think you can't make a payment by its due date, contact Quadpay ahead of time and explain the situation. In some cases, customer service may be able to move your payment date. But there's no guarantee.
Yes, payments through Quadpay are secure. But it is important to keep in mind that even though Quadpay doesn't require a hard credit check, the company may report late payments or defaults to major credit reporting bureaus. This could negatively affect your credit score.
To sign up, all you have to do is select the Quadpay option at checkout or create an account on its website or mobile app. You'll just need to provide your date of birth, a mobile number and a debit or credit card.
You'll also have to meet these basic requirements:
Use the live chat contact option on Quadpay's website if you have any problems signing up or using the service.

It’s asking for my credit or debit card. Does that mean I got accepted?
Hi Marie,
Thanks for getting in touch with Finder. I hope all is well with you. 😃
I assume you’re referring to Quadpay asking for your credit or debit card.
Regarding your question, the answer is no. It does not mean you are already accepted. If you are being asked for a credit or debit card, that is only part of their initial sign up process. After that, they only need you to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through QuadPay. That is when they use advanced algorithms to determine whether to approve your application or not.
If you want to learn more, you may also want to review their eligibility requirements, terms, and conditions.
I hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us out again.
Have a wonderful day!
Cheers,
Joshua

Do I need to pay my remaining balance before I’m able to use Quadpay again?
Hi LS,
Thanks for reaching out to Finder.
You can make multiple purchases with Quadpay even if you haven’t paid your outstanding balance yet. However, there is a limit of 3 active orders at a time per account.
Please also note that everytime you make a new purchase, your spend limit will be reduced by the full amount of your order until the order is paid back in full.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Charisse
Does Quadpay build your credit?
Hi Sabrina,
Thank you for your comment.
QuadPay never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on a customer’s credit rating by using QuadPay. Hence, it does not build your credit.
