Troubleshooting your Ivy Bank Finder Reward – May 2026

We’re currently running a manual review of Ivy Bank $200 reward accounts. If you were marked ineligible and think that’s wrong, here’s what happened, what to send us, and when to expect a reply.

What’s going on

When we ran the automated eligibility check on July 15, 2026, a processing issue caused some members who met the requirements to be marked ineligible. We’re now manually reviewing affected accounts.

We’re aiming to finish manual reviews for users who submit a claim before the fulfillment date, so that anyone confirmed eligible still receives their $200 digital gift card with the standard fulfillment batch on August 17, 2026. If your review can’t be completed in time, we’ll email you with an update.

If you think your status is wrong

Email usrewards@finder.com from the same email address linked to your Finder account, using this exact subject line:

Ivy Bank Reward Review – [your Finder email address]

Include all four of the following:

• The email address associated with both your Finder account and your Ivy Bank account
• Your full name, exactly as it appears on both accounts
• A screenshot of your Ivy Bank account opening confirmation
• A screenshot showing your first qualifying deposit of $2,500 or more – your account transaction history or a bank statement both work

Make sure the date is visible in every screenshot. We can’t verify undated screenshots, or screenshots where the user can’t be verified, and we’ll have to send those back to you – which delays your review. You can redact any information that isn’t relevant to confirming this qualification.

Before you email us, check this first

• Already heard back from us? If you’ve already received a status email or decision from our team, please don’t resubmit – your case is already being tracked.
• Sent more than one email about the same case? Multiple messages about the same account can slow things down further. Please wait until the response time described below has passed before following up, and use the subject lines given on this page.
• Use your Finder account email. Reviews sent from a different email address can take longer to match to your account and delay your case.

What happens after you reach out

• We’ll reply with an update by the fulfillment date either by email or in your Rewards Hub.
• If approved, your $200 digital gift card will be issued by Tremendous to the email address on your Finder account on the fulfillment date.

Inquiries received after August 10, 2026 may not be processed in time for the fulfillment date. If you haven’t already, please submit your claim before then.

If we can’t approve your review

We’ll tell you which specific requirement wasn’t met. The most common reasons include:

• The Ivy Bank account wasn’t opened through the Finder promotional link while logged in to a Finder Member account
• The account was opened outside the Promotion Period (May 15 – June 15, 2026, 1:59 PM ET)
• You didn’t meet the New Customer definition – you held an active Ivy Bank account, were a primary or joint owner of one within the past 20 years, or had an account closed with a negative balance or terminated by the bank in that period
• Your first deposit was under $2,500, or the funds hadn’t settled and appeared in your balance by the end of the Promotion Period
• Your daily balance fell below $2,500 at any point during the 60 consecutive days following your first deposit
• The first name, last name, or email address on your Finder account doesn’t match your Ivy Bank application
• You’re a California resident, or were under 18 at the time of participation
• A reward was already claimed on your Finder Member account (limit one per person)
• The Ivy Bank account was closed or not in good standing before the Fulfillment Date
• Another Ivy Bank promotion or incentive was applied to the same account, which voids this offer
• The documentation submitted didn’t show the required information, or dates weren’t visible

You can review the full criteria on the Ivy Bank reward offer page and in the promotion terms and conditions.

If you still believe the decision is wrong

You can request one further review. Email usrewards@finder.com using this exact subject line:

Ivy Bank Reward Appeal – [your Finder email address]

Use the separate subject line above so your appeal routes correctly. Include all four items listed in the “If you think your status is wrong” section again, plus anything that directly addresses the reason we gave you. Appeals without complete documentation can’t be processed.

Second reviews are handled after the fulfillment date and can take up to 7 business days.

FAQs

• Already heard back from us?

If you've already received a status email or decision from our team, please don't resubmit — your case is already being tracked.

• How is the reward delivered once approved?

As a digital gift card issued by our partner, Tremendous, sent to the email address on your Finder account. Log into your Rewards Hub and hit "Claim now" next to the reward — you'll receive your gift card via Tremendous shortly after.

• I referred a friend who opened an Ivy Bank account — does this affect my Refer a Friend reward too?

Your Refer a Friend reward is processed once your friend passes their own eligibility check, so a delay on their Ivy Bank review may also delay your referral reward. See the Finder Rewards Refer a Friend FAQ for how RAF timing works.

• Where can I read the full terms of this promotion?

The Ivy Bank promotion terms and conditions page has the complete eligibility, timing, and fulfillment details.
