The Chase cardmember preferred tickets program — also known as the preferred seating program — offers perks and features at eligible locations, including New York City, Chicago and Inglewood. All you need is a Chase credit card.

What is the Chase cardmember preferred tickets program?

The program gives Chase cardmembers access to ticket presale and preferred seating on Ticketmaster. For example, in New York, you can get preferred seating at Radio City Music Hall, the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden and the Beacon Theater.

In some cases, you can get an invitation to the Chase Lounge where you get a buffet and cash bar.

What is the Chase Lounge in MSG?

The Chase Lounge offers complimentary food, drinks and other benefits before select concerts. But to access the lounge, you must first register at lounge.chasegetsyoucloser.com.

How do I use the Chase cardmember preferred tickets program?

All you need is an eligible Chase credit card. Once you have such a card:

  1. Go to Ticketmaster.com or the MSG.com websites.
  2. Search for an event at participating locations.
  3. Under Type, select the Chase cardmember preferred tickets.
  4. If you’re asked to provide a code, use your first six digits of your Chase credit card.
  5. Purchase the tickets with your Chase card.

Note: Credit cards starting with the digits 6 or 7 may not be eligible for the preferred tickets program.

Chase concerts

To determine whether the Chase preferred tickets program is worth it, consider how often you visit the following locations:

  • New York. Radio City Music Hall, the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden and the Beacon Theater.
  • Chicago. The Chicago Theater.
  • Inglewood. The Forum.

For more information, visit the Ticketmaster website, select the Chase Cardmember Preferred Tickets and see which events and locations offer this perk.

Also, in addition to preferred seating, you get:

  • Merchandise offers at team stores. Spend $75 at MSG team stores for Knicks and Rangers items and get a $25 voucher. Also, you can get special offers and discounts on select items at select Knicks and Rangers games during the year.
  • Knicks and Rangers season benefits. If you’re a season ticket member who renews the season subscriptions, you can get offers like high-end collectible items and invitations to MSG VIP events.
  • Food and drink offers. Spend $25 with your Chase card on food and non-alcoholic beverages at MSG concession stands and get $5 off.
  • Chase lounge. Enjoy complimentary food, soft drinks and other benefits before select concerts. But first, you must register for upcoming events at lounge.chasegetsyoucloser.com and you must purchase a show ticket separately. Note, space in the lounge is limited and subject to availability.
