Finder $150 Chime® Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Overview

The Promoter is Finder.com (“Finder”) of 32 East 31st Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY, 10016. Finder offers customers the ability to compare financial products through its website at https://www.finder.com (“Finder Comparison Service”).

The $150 digital gift card available under this Promotion is provided and distributed by Finder’s supplier, Tremendous LLC (“Tremendous”) (together the “Fulfillment”). Tremendous’ terms and conditions and Finder’s privacy policy also apply to this Promotion.

If you decide to sign up for a Chime® account using Finder’s Comparison Service, please refer to Chime®’s terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate from and do not form part of Chime®’s terms and conditions. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any banking services under Chime® accounts. You must contact Chime® directly for more information.

Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an “Entrant”).

1. Definitions

Promotion Period means the period beginning on the date this offer is first published on Finder.com and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 30, 2025, unless otherwise extended or withdrawn by Finder.com.

Eligible Direct Deposit means a deposit by the Automated Clearing House (ACH) that comes from an employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (OCT) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Friends transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash loads or deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions are not Eligible Direct Deposits.

Reward means the $150 Finder reward, issued as a digital gift card, provided solely by Finder.com and not by Chime®. The Reward is paid (i) upon successful opening of a new Chime® account through the Finder.com promotional link; and (ii) receipt of an Eligible Direct Deposit totaling $200 or more.

DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, THESE TERMS REPLACE ANY PRIOR TERMS FOR THE FINDER $150 CHIME® OFFER.

2. Eligibility

• Offer open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
• Sign up for a Finder Member account if you are not already a member.
• You must apply for a new Chime® account using the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period.
• Limit one Reward per person and per Chime® account.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Finder.com and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible.

To be eligible to receive the advertised $150 reward (the “Reward”) from Finder.com (the “Affiliate”) under this promotional offer (the “Promotion), you must: (1) have never opened a Chime Checking Account (“Account”) before; (2) successfully open an Account from the Promotion webpage utilizing the Affiliate’s relevant sign up link; and (3) receive a Qualifying Direct Deposit to your Account within 30 calendar days of opening the Account.

A Qualifying Direct Deposit is a deposit of $200.00 or more by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash loads or deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions, and any deposit to which Chime deems to not be a Qualifying Direct Deposit are not Qualifying Direct Deposits.

3. Limitations

Eligible Participants may only receive this Reward once. This Reward cannot be combined with any other enrollment bonuses, including a referral reward. Affiliate reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion terms and conditions or terminate your eligibility at any time with or without prior notice. You will be provided the Reward generally within 120 calendar days after completing the above criteria.

This Promotion is provided by Affiliate. Neither Chime Financial, Inc. (“Chime”), nor its bank partners, The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC, are the sponsors of this Promotion, nor are they the providers of any rewards under this Promotion. However, Chime will be required to share your account enrollment and Direct Deposit status with us in order to facilitate the crediting of points to your account with the Affiliate.

4. How to Qualify

1. Sign up for a Finder Member account if you are not already a member.
2. Apply for and open a new Chime® account via the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period.
3. Receive an Eligible Direct Deposit totaling $200 or more into your new Chime® account within 30 days from enrollment.
4. Upon meeting all eligibility requirements, Finder.com will issue the $150 Reward on the Fulfillment Date.

5. Direct Deposit Requirements

The following are not considered Eligible Direct Deposits:

• Transfers from PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or similar services
• Peer-to-peer transfers
• Merchant transactions from Stripe, Square, or similar payment processors
• Bank ACH transfers or wire transfers from external accounts
• One-time or nonrecurring deposits (e.g., IRS tax refunds, one-off payments)

USER MUST HAVE RECEIVED A SINGLE DEPOSIT OF $200 OR MORE IN ELIGIBLE DIRECT DEPOSITS INTO THEIR CHIME CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM ENROLLMENT.

6. Reward Fulfillment

• The Reward will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address associated with your Chime® application.
• Rewards will be issued within 120 days after eligibility requirements are verified by Finder (Fulfillment Date).
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
• Finder.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable gift cards.

7. Additional Terms

• You must keep your Chime® account open and in good standing until the Fulfillment Date.
• Finder.com reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold, delay, or cancel Rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes resulting from receipt of the Reward.
• Finder.com may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• For tracking and qualification, you may need to enable browser cookies and avoid ad-blocking on the application session.
