Our survey of over 2,000 Americans revealed that 96% of those who have transferred money internationally are unhappy with their money transfer provider. We want people to feel assured when transferring money across borders, and these awards will bring clarity and confidence back to the industry.
The money transfer industry is notorious for lacking transparency. As a result, we don’t take anything at face value. We reviewed 35 providers collecting over 1,575 data points and narrowed them down to 13 contenders.
Our team of researchers closely examined these providers by conducting:

- Usability research with 39 participants from UserTesting.com
- Quote generation on 2,430 transactions
- Site testing to verify 585 data points collected from provider websites
