What counts as a new Airwallex Business Account?

A new Airwallex Business Account belongs to a New Customer — someone who does not currently hold, and has never held, an Airwallex account. Eligibility is cross-referenced against Airwallex's records prior to clicking the Finder link.

What counts as a Qualified First Transaction?

A Qualified First Transaction is any account-level transaction (including a fund deposit, transfer, or foreign exchange transaction) processed and settled through your new Airwallex Business Account during the Promotion Period, except for the monthly account fee.

Do I need a business email address?

Yes. Airwallex requires accounts to be registered with a Business Email Address (not a personal or free webmail address like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com). If your Finder account uses a personal email, you'll need to create a new Finder account using your business email to qualify.

When will I get the $400 reward?

Finder will check your eligibility on Monday, August 31, 2026 (the Eligibility Date). If you qualify, your $400 digital gift card will be issued on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (the Fulfillment Date).

How will the reward be delivered?

Your $400 reward is delivered as a digital Visa gift card via Tremendous, sent to the email address associated with your Finder account. Finder is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable gift cards.

How do I qualify for the $400 reward?

Sign up for a Finder account, then click through to Airwallex during the Promotion Period, open a new Business Account using your Business Email Address, and complete your Qualified First Transaction before the Promotion Period ends.

What happens if I close my Airwallex account before receiving the reward?

If you close your Airwallex Business Account before the Reward is issued, you may forfeit your eligibility for the $400 reward. Your account must remain open, in good standing, through the Fulfillment Date.

Why do I need a business email for my Finder account to qualify?

Airwallex requires a business email. If your Finder account uses a personal email, you’ll need to create a new Finder account with your business email to remain eligible for the reward.

Is this reward taxable income?

It may be. The $400 Finder reward could be considered taxable income, and you may receive a tax form from Tremendous LLC or need to report it per IRS guidelines. Please consult a tax professional about your specific situation.
