Can I get free delivery?

Because Amazon is a marketplace, each seller sets its own delivery prices. But you’ll find that a number of items across the site come with free shipping.

How do I return an item to Amazon.com?

To return an item purchased through Amazon.com:

  2. View your Order history.
  3. Click the Return or replace items button to the right of the order you’d like to return.
  4. Select the item(s) you want to return, along with a reason for returning from the drop-down menu.
  5. Print the return shipping label and authorization form.
  6. Enclose the authorization form inside the return package, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
  7. Drop your package off at your local post office or any mailing service location.
