Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Promoter is Finder.com LLC (“Finder”) of 135 Madison Ave, 6th Floor, Office 125, NY, NY, 10016. Finder offers customers the ability to compare financial products through its website at https://www.finder.com (“Finder Comparison Service”).

The $300 promotional reward available under this Promotion is provided by Finder and distributed by Finder’s supplier, Tremendous LLC (“Tremendous”) as a digital reward, gift card, reward link, prepaid card, or other digital fulfillment option made available through Tremendous, as applicable (together, the “Fulfillment”). Tremendous’ terms and conditions and Finder’s privacy policy also apply to this Promotion.

If you decide to sign up for a Varo Checking Account using Finder’s Comparison Service, please refer to Varo’s account agreement, disclosures, and terms available at https://www.varomoney.com/policies/ and Varo’s privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate from and do not form part of Varo’s terms and conditions. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any banking, lending, or other financial products or services under Varo accounts. You must contact Varo directly for more information about Varo’s products and services.

Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Each person who participates in this Promotion is referred to as an “Entrant.”

DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, THESE TERMS REPLACE ANY PRIOR TERMS FOR THE FINDER $300 VARO CHECKING ACCOUNT OFFER, SUBJECT TO THE PROSPECTIVE-ONLY MODIFICATION PROTECTIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4. Entrants who completed the Initial Participation Requirements under a prior version of these terms remain eligible for the Reward under the terms in effect at the time of that completion, provided they continue to satisfy the applicable maintenance and Good Faith Participation requirements through the Fulfillment Date.

1. Definitions

Promotion Period means the period beginning September 10, 2026 and ending on October 9, 2026, unless otherwise extended, modified, suspended, or withdrawn by Finder in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Initial Participation Requirements means the Entrant’s application for and opening of a new eligible Varo Checking Account through the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period and the Entrant’s completion of the First Eligible Direct Deposit requirement within the applicable 35-day qualification window.

Qualifying Event means successfully opening a new eligible Varo Checking Account through the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period, making and receiving a First Eligible Direct Deposit of $500 USD or more within 35 days of opening the Varo Checking Account, and keeping the Varo account open and in good standing through the Fulfillment Date.

First Eligible Direct Deposit means a recurring deposit of regular income, including payroll, pension, or government agency payments, made into the eligible Varo Checking Account via the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) Network, where the Entrant’s first direct deposit is $500 USD or more and is received within 35 days of opening the Varo Checking Account. Deposits that are not from an employer or government agency, including but not limited to check deposits, peer-to-peer transfers (e.g., transfers from PayPal, Venmo, or similar services), merchant transactions (e.g., transactions from PayPal, Stripe, Square, or similar services), and bank ACH funds transfers and wire transfers from external accounts, or that are non-recurring in nature (e.g., IRS tax refunds) do not constitute a First Eligible Direct Deposit. Promotional credits, referral bonuses, incentive payments from Varo, internal account transfers from existing Varo accounts, returned or reversed deposits, chargebacks, and failed deposits also do not qualify as a First Eligible Direct Deposit. For clarity, if the Entrant’s first direct deposit is less than $500 USD, the Entrant will not qualify for the Reward, and a later direct deposit of $500 USD or more will not satisfy this requirement.

Reward means the $300 Finder reward, issued as a promotional digital reward, gift card, reward link, prepaid card, or other digital fulfillment option through Tremendous, provided solely by Finder and not by Varo. The Reward is paid only after Finder verifies that the Entrant has satisfied all eligibility requirements, including successful opening of a new eligible Varo account through the Finder.com promotional link and completion and maintenance of the Qualifying Event.

Eligibility Date means the date or dates on which Finder verifies whether all eligibility requirements have been met. For this Promotion, the Eligibility Date is November 10, 2026.

Fulfillment Date means, for each Entrant, the date on which Finder issues, or expects to issue, the Reward to that Entrant, as described in Section 5. Finder expects to issue Rewards on or before December 10, 2026. All references in these Terms and Conditions to “the Fulfillment Date” with respect to an Entrant mean that Entrant’s applicable Fulfillment Date.

New Customer means any individual or entity who does not currently hold an active account with Varo and has not been a primary or joint owner of any account, profile, or established service relationship with Varo Bank, N.A., or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “Varo Entities”). Accounts closed with a negative balance, accounts closed due to bank-, platform-, or provider-initiated termination, accounts closed due to suspected fraud or abuse, or accounts otherwise deemed ineligible by Varo also disqualify an applicant from being considered a New Customer.

In the case of a joint account application, all named account holders must independently meet the definition of a New Customer for the account to be eligible for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Reward will be awarded per new eligible Varo Checking Account opened, regardless of the number of joint owners or participants.

Eligibility is cross-referenced across all Varo product lines. If Varo records indicate that an Entrant has an existing profile, account, or service relationship of any type, including a Varo Bank Account, Varo Savings, Varo Advance, Varo Believe credit-builder card, or Varo line of credit, prior to clicking the Finder link, the Entrant will be deemed ineligible for the Reward, regardless of whether the Entrant is opening a Varo Checking Account for the first time.

Good Faith Participation means participating in the Promotion in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions and the intended operation of the Promotion. Finder may determine that an Entrant has not engaged in Good Faith Participation where Finder reasonably believes, based on available records, Partner-provided data, account activity, device or identity signals, support communications, documentation submitted by the Entrant, or other relevant information, that the Entrant has attempted to obtain the Reward without satisfying the substance of the Promotion requirements.

Conduct that may indicate a lack of Good Faith Participation includes, without limitation: withdrawing, transferring out, or reducing the qualifying deposit or balance below the required $500 threshold before the Fulfillment Date; closing or attempting to close the Varo account before the Fulfillment Date; opening and closing an account in rapid succession; using or attempting to use multiple Finder accounts, email addresses, devices, identities, household members, business entities, account applications, or other means to obtain more than one Reward under this or any related Promotion; submitting incomplete, inaccurate, altered, fabricated, or misleading information or documentation; using bot, automated, scripted, incentivized, coordinated, or collusive activity; engaging in behavior that causes or is intended to cause inaccurate tracking, duplicate attribution, or duplicate reward claims; or otherwise attempting to game, exploit, circumvent, or defeat the eligibility requirements or intended operation of the Promotion.

For clarity, separate individuals residing in the same household who each independently satisfy all eligibility requirements, including the New Customer requirement, may each receive one (1) Reward. The household-related conduct described above is directed at a single person’s use of household members, identities, or accounts as proxies to obtain multiple Rewards.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Promotion is limited to New Customers as defined above.

The first name, last name, and email address used for your Finder Member account must match those used for your Varo application. Finder may deny or delay the Reward if Finder is unable to match your Finder Member account to your Varo application or to Partner-provided eligibility data.

To qualify, Entrants must:

  • Have or create a Finder Member account;
  • Apply for and open a new eligible Varo Checking account using the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period;
  • Be a New Customer as defined above;
  • Complete the Initial Participation Requirements;
  • Complete and maintain the Qualifying Event as defined above;
  • Maintain Good Faith Participation throughout the Promotion Period and through the Fulfillment Date; and
  • Satisfy all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Additional eligibility rules:

  • Limit one (1) Reward per Finder member.
  • Limit one (1) Reward per Entrant, regardless of the number of Varo accounts opened.
  • This Reward cannot be combined with, or claimed in addition to, any other Finder reward, bonus, promotion, or offer relating to Varo products. An Entrant who has received, or is eligible to receive, a Finder reward under any other Varo-related promotion is not eligible to receive this Reward.

Finder may deny, withhold, delay, cancel, reverse, or reclaim a Reward, and may suspend or terminate an Entrant’s Finder Member account, where Finder reasonably determines that the Entrant has not engaged in Good Faith Participation, has violated these Terms and Conditions, or has engaged in suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, duplicate participation, or circumvention.

Finder’s right to reverse or reclaim a Reward after issuance applies only where permitted by applicable law, supported by available records, and technically available through Tremendous or another applicable mechanism, and is further limited as described in Section 6.

Eligibility determinations under this Promotion are based primarily on data, confirmations, and reporting provided to Finder by Varo. Finder does not control, maintain, or verify Varo’s internal systems, account records, or deposit ledgers. If Varo advises Finder that an Entrant did not open an eligible account, was not a New Customer, did not complete the Qualifying Event, failed to maintain the required deposit, closed the account before the Fulfillment Date, or otherwise failed to satisfy Varo-reported eligibility requirements, Finder may treat that determination as final for purposes of this Promotion.

Where Partner-provided data is unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or inconsistent with Finder’s records, Finder may request supporting documentation before making an eligibility determination. Finder is not required to accept documentation that conflicts with Varo’s final account-status, customer-status, or eligibility determination.

3. How to Qualify

To qualify for the Reward:

  1. Sign up for a Finder Member account, or log into your existing Finder Member account if already a member.
  2. Apply for and open a new eligible Varo Checking Account via the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period: September 10, 2026 through October 9, 2026.
  3. Set up and receive a First Eligible Direct Deposit of at least $500 USD within 35 days of opening the Varo Checking Account.
  4. Keep your Varo account open and in good standing through the Fulfillment Date.
  5. Maintain the qualifying deposit at or above the required $500 threshold through the Fulfillment Date.
  6. Be a New Customer as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Engage in Good Faith Participation through the Fulfillment Date.

Upon verification that all eligibility requirements have been met, Finder will issue the $300 Reward in accordance with the fulfillment timing described in Section 5.

4. Limitations

Eligible Entrants may only receive this Reward once.

Finder may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Except where required by applicable law, or where Finder reasonably determines that an Entrant has engaged in fraud, abuse, or circumvention of these Terms and Conditions, any modification, suspension, or termination will apply prospectively only and will not reduce or eliminate the Reward for Entrants who completed the Initial Participation Requirements before the effective date of the change, provided those Entrants continue to satisfy the maintenance and Good Faith Participation requirements through the Fulfillment Date.

Finder reserves the right to terminate an Entrant’s eligibility where Finder reasonably determines that the Entrant has violated these Terms and Conditions, failed to engage in Good Faith Participation, or engaged in suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, duplicate participation, or circumvention.

Eligibility notification: Finder will notify each Entrant of their eligibility status, using the email address associated with their Finder Member account, on or promptly after the applicable Eligibility Date, subject to receipt of timely and complete Partner-provided data.

Eligibility Dispute Window: An Entrant who believes they have met the eligibility requirements but has not received confirmation of eligibility must submit a dispute, together with any supporting documentation Finder requests, within 60 calendar days from the Eligibility Date. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered.

Finder may request supporting documentation before making an eligibility determination, which may include a dated confirmation email from Varo and/or a screenshot from the Varo app or website showing the relevant account, date, and deposit amount. Finder may deny a claim where requested documentation is not provided within a reasonable time, is incomplete, is inaccurate, has been altered, is inconsistent with Finder’s records, is inconsistent with Partner-provided data, or otherwise fails to evidence timely completion and maintenance of the Qualifying Event.

Activation: The Reward must be activated by the activation deadline stated in the Reward issuance email, as described in Section 5.

5. Reward Fulfillment

Eligibility check date: November 10, 2026.

Reward issued date: On or before December 10, 2026.

Finder will issue the Reward on or before the Fulfillment Date (December 10, 2026), provided that the Entrant completed and maintains the Qualifying Event as defined in Section 2 and the Entrant continues to satisfy all eligibility requirements at the time of fulfillment.

Additional fulfillment terms:

  • The Reward will be issued as a promotional digital reward, gift card, reward link, prepaid card, or other digital fulfillment option sent by Tremendous to the email address associated with your Finder Member account.
  • The Reward must be activated by the date specified in the email. That deadline will be no earlier than 12 months after the date of issue unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law and the applicable Tremendous terms. Once activated, the Reward will remain valid for the period specified by Tremendous and/or the selected reward provider, subject to applicable law.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash redemption value except where required by applicable law or the applicable reward provider’s terms.
  • Finder is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, blocked, filtered, or undeliverable Reward emails or gift cards, including where caused by incorrect email information, spam filters, email settings, or third-party delivery issues. However, where a Reward is undeliverable due to an email delivery failure and the Entrant notifies Finder within 60 calendar days of the applicable Fulfillment Date, Finder will make commercially reasonable efforts to reissue the Reward, provided the Entrant remains eligible and the Reward has not already been activated, redeemed, cancelled, expired, or otherwise made unavailable.
  • Finder is not responsible for Reward delays caused by incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable Partner-provided eligibility data; technical issues; suspected fraud or abuse reviews; documentation reviews; tax-documentation requirements; or circumstances outside Finder’s reasonable control.

6. Additional Terms

You must keep your Varo account open and in good standing until the Fulfillment Date.

You must complete your First Eligible Direct Deposit as described above and keep your Varo Checking Account open and in good standing through the Fulfillment Date. If your First Eligible Direct Deposit is returned, reversed, charged back, or reclaimed, or if the account is closed, before the Fulfillment Date, this will be treated as a failure to complete or maintain the Qualifying Event and may result in denial, delay, cancellation, reversal, or forfeiture of the Reward.

Prior to issuance of the Reward, Finder reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold, delay, deny, or cancel Rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, duplicate participation, lack of Good Faith Participation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

This includes the right to investigate, deny, delay, or cancel a Reward, and to disqualify any Entrant and/or suspend or terminate their associated Finder Member account, in cases of suspected collusion, use of multiple identities, use of multiple Finder Member accounts, bot or automated activity, altered or misleading documentation, duplicate attribution, duplicate reward claims, or any other attempt to game, exploit, circumvent, or defeat these Terms and Conditions or the intended operation of the Promotion. Following issuance, Finder may invalidate, reverse, or reclaim a Reward only in cases of fraud, identity misuse, material misrepresentation, duplicate reward claims, or other material violation of these Terms and Conditions, and only where permitted by applicable law and technically available through Tremendous or another applicable mechanism. Finder will provide the Entrant with written notice of the basis for any post-issuance recovery and a reasonable opportunity (not less than 14 days) to respond, except where Finder reasonably determines that providing such notice would frustrate an ongoing fraud investigation or would be inconsistent with law-enforcement guidance.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of the Reward. Where required by law, Finder may request a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent tax documentation) before issuing a Reward, and may issue an applicable IRS information return where the aggregate value of rewards issued to you by Finder meets or exceeds the applicable reporting threshold for the relevant tax year. Failure to provide requested tax documentation within a reasonable time may result in delay or denial of the Reward.

Modification, suspension, and termination of the Promotion are governed by Section 4 (Limitations), including the prospective-only application of any changes.

You may need to enable browser cookies, avoid private browsing modes, and disable ad-blocking or tracking-prevention tools to help ensure tracking and eligibility verification. Finder is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, device settings, network restrictions, or other technical configurations outside Finder’s control. If tracking fails, the documentation process described below remains available to you.

Where Finder is unable to independently verify an Entrant’s completion or maintenance of the Qualifying Event through Partner-provided data, or where Partner-provided data does not confirm completion or maintenance of the Qualifying Event, Finder may request supporting documentation before making an eligibility determination. Supporting documentation may include a dated confirmation email from Varo and/or a screenshot from the Varo app or website showing the relevant account, account-opening date, account status, deposit amount, and deposit date. Finder may deny a claim where requested documentation is not provided within a reasonable time, is incomplete, is inconsistent with Finder’s records, is inconsistent with Partner-provided data, or otherwise fails to credibly evidence timely completion and maintenance of the Qualifying Event.

Finder may be required to collect, use, disclose, or match certain information relating to your Finder Member account and your Varo application for purposes of administering the Promotion, tracking attribution, verifying eligibility, detecting fraud or abuse, fulfilling Rewards, handling disputes, providing support, satisfying tax-reporting obligations, and complying with applicable laws. Finder’s collection and use of personal information is described in Finder’s privacy policy. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. See Finder’s privacy policy for how to exercise this right. Note that opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information may affect Finder’s ability to verify your eligibility for this Promotion, in which case the Reward may not be able to be issued.

Void Where Prohibited: This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion is subject to the binding arbitration and class-action waiver provisions of Finder’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for any dispute within the jurisdictional limits of that court. To the extent any provision of the incorporated arbitration and class-action waiver is held unenforceable under applicable law (including California Civil Code § 1668 or the McGill rule for claims seeking public injunctive relief), that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain enforceable.
