What counts as a New Customer?
A New Customer is someone who does not currently hold an active account and has not been a primary or joint owner of any Consumers Credit Union account within the last 20 years (240 months).
How do I become a member of CCU?
To become a member of Consumers Credit Union, you need to open a Membership Savings account and fund it with a minimum $5 deposit. You can join CCU at the same time you open your Rewards Checking Account online.
How do I open a Rewards Checking account?
Once you’re a CCU member, you can open a Rewards Checking account during the same application or anytime through online banking. Just complete a quick application, fund the account with a $5 opening deposit, and your account will be ready to use.
When will I get the $150 reward?
On or before Wednesday, July 15, 2026, after Finder verifies that you: (1) opened a new account via the Finder link, (2) made your $5+ deposit, and (3) maintained the $5 minimum balance for 60 days.
How will the reward be delivered?
Finder will email a digital gift card (fulfilled via Tremendous) to the email address associated with your Finder account. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
