Role Overview

You will work closely with engineers, designers and product managers to design, assemble and deliver new technology and products that improve Finder’s capabilities and grow the company.

You are hungry and ready to learn and grow while bringing unique skills and insights to the role. You will learn to direct agents to accelerate your output, the output of the team and the output of the entire business.

You are an AI native, comfortable with both agentic software development and delivery as well as the development and deployment of agents themselves. You are able to work across the technology stack from top to bottom and from UI to messaging, service and data tiers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Quality and timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
  • Deliver features and fixes and updates across Finder’s product suites.
  • Working with senior engineers, agentic orchestration to achieve simultaneous delivery of significant work at pace
  • Collaborating with your squad to set and achieve your collective goals and objectives.
  • AI tooling, protocols and management
  • Embody, demonstrate and reinforce our company values.
  • Championing great software engineering principles for a better experience for our users
  • Participate in the improvement and automation of team processes and workflows.
  • Learn and grow your understanding of software engineering principles to contribute to a user-focused engineering environment.

Essential Requirements

    We value potential and attitude over experience and are ready to support the right candidate in expanding their skill set.

  • Commercial or project experience with web development (front-end or full-stack)
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) for development
  • Ability to read, understand, and critically evaluate code – including code you didn’t write
  • Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts
  • Theoretical knowledge of Databases (MySQL and/or MongoDB)
  • Theoretical knowledge of design patterns
  • Understanding of code quality and best practices
  • English language proficiency at B2 level
  • Polish language proficiency at B2 level

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of React, React Native, PHP and Node.JS
  • Some experience working with a remote, cross-disciplinary team
  • Introductory knowledge of DevOps practices including monitoring, alerting, and support
  • Familiarity with effective branching and merging techniques such as GitFlow and Trunk-Based Development
  • Experience with AWS/GCP platforms, CI/CD tools and processes
