A product I want isn’t listed on Finder – can I still get the reward?
No. To be eligible, you must sign up for Freecash via the specific promotional link on Finder. If you sign up directly on Freecash’s site or via another channel, the reward will not apply.
Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?
The reward is limited to one per Finder member. However, your partner may also qualify if:

When and how will I receive my reward?
Rewards are distributed via email by Tremendous on or before 27 January 2026.
You’ll receive an activation link via email for your digital Visa gift card.
Reward must be activated by the date specified in your email (typically within 12 months of issue) and will remain valid for 6 months after activation.
How will I know if the offer is still available?
The offer is valid until 7 November, unless it ends earlier. We’ll update the promotion page when the offer closes. If you sign up after the end date, you won’t be eligible.
Who do I contact if I haven’t received my reward?
If it’s after 27 January, 2026 and you haven’t received your gift card:
Check your spam or promotions folder.
Contact Finder’s customer care team using the email linked to your Finder account.
I’m getting an error when trying to complete my application – what should I do?
If you encounter an error on Freecash’s website:
The issue is on Freecash’s side, not Finder’s.
Try restarting the process using Finder’s promotional link.
Contact Freecash support to resolve the technical issue.
Once resolved, return to Finder and complete your sign-up via the promotional link to stay eligible.
