The main downside with this card is that it requires you to earn an annual $80,000 personal income or $150,000 household income to qualify. You’ll also need to spend a minimum of $15,000 per year on this card to maintain your eligibility.
The Rogers Platinum Mastercard offers 1% cashback on everyday purchases, and 3% when you make purchases in US dollars. It comes with no annual fee and will give you a welcome bonus of $25 when you sign up. The Fido Mastercard offers a cashback return of 1% on everyday purchases and 1.5% for recurring bill payments. This card is easy to qualify for and comes with no annual fee. You’ll also earn a welcome bonus of $25 when you sign up and make your first purchase.
The main downside of this card is that it comes with no travel insurance and very few perks or benefits. On the plus side, it comes with no annual income requirements and you won’t have to spend a minimum amount each year to take advantage of this card.

The chatr Mastercard gives you a cashback return of 1% on everyday purchases and 3% for chatr and Rogers purchases. It comes with no annual fee and you’ll get $25 when you sign up and make your first purchase. It’s also easy to sign up for this card since it doesn’t require you to meet minimum annual income or spending criteria to qualify.
The main downside of this card is that it doesn’t offer any additional benefits such as purchase protection, extended warranty or comprehensive travel insurance.
5. chatr Secured Mastercard
The chatr Secured Mastercard is a prepaid credit card that’s designed to help you rebuild your credit score. It gives you a 0.5% return on your purchases, along with a 1% return on chatr and Fido purchases.
The downside is that this card comes with a $5 monthly fee and no additional benefits. This means you won’t get a welcome bonus or any additional forms of insurance or travel perks with this card.
