Shiba Inu (SHIB) Price Prediction 2026, 2030 & 2035
A panel of industry specialists gives us their predictions for the price of shiba inu (SHIB) through 2035.
This is not an endorsement of cryptocurrency or any specific provider, service or offering. It is not a recommendation to trade or use any services.
All prices mentioned in this report are denominated in US dollars.
On average, our panellists think SHIB will be worth $0.00002 by the end of 2026 before rising to $0.0000524 by 2030 and $0.0001010 by 2035.
On average, our panellists think SHIB will be worth $0.00002 by year-end 2026, which is 144% higher than the asset’s price at the start of 2026 — $0.00000745. It is worth noting that the price of SHIB is trading below this figure at the time of writing, compared to when the survey was conducted.
Our panellists also predict that SHIB will rise to $0.0000524 by year-end 2030 and $0.0001010 by year-end 2035. SHIB’s 2035 prediction is fairly bullish, given that SHIB’s all-time high hit $0.00008845 in October 2021.
Sathvik Vishwanath, CEO of Unocoin Technologies, is our most bullish panellist, with a prediction of $0.000065 for year-end 2026.
My SHIB outlook balances community-driven demand with structural constraints: Upside is liquidity-dependent, not fundamental-led. SHIB’s future is not binary. It is neither guaranteed to fade nor destined to dominate — it will persist if, and only if, community energy translates into measurable on-chain activity.
Ruadhan O, the founder of Seasonal Tokens, is our most bearish panel member with a year-end prediction of $0.000007, continuing its downward trend.
The all-time chart for SHIB shows an ongoing downtrend interrupted by hype-driven peaks that are decreasing in intensity over time. The distribution model — with the entire supply created at launch and no ongoing production — makes price appreciation entirely dependent on community growth. It’s going to be tough to grow a community for decades on the strength of a meme alone.
The panel doesn’t think it’s a good time to buy SHIB, with just 5% seeing it as a good investment. The majority (68%) say sell, and a little over a quarter (26%) think you should hold.
Arthur Azizov, the CEO of B2BINPAY, is in the hold camp, saying:
SHIB trades on headlines, attention and hype. So, I’m not modelling SHIB like a tech platform token. I’m framing outcomes around whether SHIB keeps exchange distribution, retains cultural relevance through the next rotation and manages to support enough ecosystem activity to stay “alive” between hype cycles.
Desmond Marshall, the managing director at Rouge International & Rouge Ventures, sees it as a sell, adding that it has no value.
SHIB’s value is too small. It has no functional value, no speculative value. I’m surprised it’s still here.
Mitesh Shah, the founder and CEO of Quaerite, Inc., thinks SHIB is a sell and has lingering trust issues.
I see SHIB as trading on the Golden Cross technicals rather than fundamentals. The Privacy Upgrade offers a glimmer of utility, but the ecosystem is still fractured from the dispute and lingering trust issues.
As with whether it’s time to buy, sell or hold Shiba Inu, the majority of the panel (58%) says SHIB is overpriced. Around a third (32%) say SHIB is priced fairly, while 11% say SHIB is underpriced.
While Johnny Gabriele, the founder of Daedalus, says that SHIB is priced fairly, he adds that:
Memecoins have no use case.
Jeremy Britton, the founder and CFO of BostonTrading, thinks SHIB is overpriced and not long for this world.
Find a financial adviser who was around in the early 1990s and ask them what impact new regulations had on the industry. I foresee 90% of coins and projects becoming extinct under new rules, as the majority are swimming naked.
John Hawkins, head of the University of Canberra School of Government, also sees SHIB as overvalued and doesn’t have the cachet it once did.
It is a speculative bubble built around a no-longer-fashionable meme.
Shibarium has been pushing upgrades, tracking a past bridge hacker and planning privacy features and more “real” applications over the next few years. The majority of the panel (67%) think that a strong set of quality dApps (DeFi, gaming, NFTs) with real, growing user bases will move SHIB from meme status to a genuinely useful L2 ecosystem.
