Eligibility at a glance

How and when you’ll receive your $80 gift card

  • On 15 July 2026, we'll run an eligibility check on all transactions that meet the reward requirements.
  • If eligible, your $80 digital gift card will be issued on or before 30 July 2026.
  • The card will be sent to the email address linked to your Finder account.
  • The code must be redeemed within 12 months and the activated card is valid for 6 months.

Who can participate?

  • Legal Canadian residents, 18+
  • Meet Neo's "new customer" requirements
  • Customers who apply via Finder during the Promotion Period
  • Customers with an active Finder Member account
  • Limit one Reward per person (first-time Neo customers only)

Reward requirements

  • Apply for your Neo account via Finder during the Promotion Period.
  • Keep your account active until your reward is sent
  • Pay the monthly fee (or qualify for a waiver)
  • Use the same name (first and last) and email address on both your Finder account and Neo application
