Your first name, last name and email address must match exactly between your Finder and Scotiabank accounts. A middle name is fine, but don't use a nickname—that could make you ineligible.

If your Reward has not been issued by January 13, 2027, you must contact Finder within 60 days of the eligibility check date (December 1, 2026).
