Finder Canada is offering $400 (CAD) to eligible customers who sign up and are approved for an Airwallex Business Account through the Finder Comparison Service (“Reward”).

This promotion is only open to Canadian residents aged 18 and over (excluding residents of Quebec), and starts on August 4, 2026 and ends at 16:59:59 ET on September 4, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

1. The Promoter is Finder.com Comparison Service Canada Inc (“Finder”) of Suite 2600, 1090 West Pender Street, Vancouver BC V6E 0E3. Finder offers customers the ability to compare financial products through its website at https://www.finder.com/ca/ (“Finder Comparison Service”).
2. The $400 available under this Promotion is provided and distributed by Finder’s supplier, Tremendous LLC (“Tremendous”) (together, the “Fulfilment”). Tremendous’ terms and conditions and Finder’s privacy policy also apply to this Promotion.
3. If you decide to sign up for an Airwallex Business Account using Finder’s Comparison Service, please refer to Airwallex’s terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of Airwallex’s terms and conditions. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Airwallex’s Business Account. You must contact Airwallex directly for more information.
4. Information on how to participate in the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an “Entrant”).

1. Definitions

• “Promotion Period” means the period beginning August 4, 2026 and ending at 16:59:59 ET on September 4, 2026, unless otherwise extended or withdrawn by Finder.
• “Qualifying Event” means opening a new eligible Airwallex Business Account through the Finder.com promotional link while logged in to the Entrant’s Finder Member account during the Promotion Period, completing a Qualified First Transaction, and keeping the Airwallex Business Account open and in good standing through the Fulfilment Date, as further described in the “How to Qualify” section below.
• “Qualified First Transaction” means all account-level transactions (fund deposit, transfers and FX), except for the monthly fee occurrence, processed and settled before the end of the Promotion Period.
• “Reward” means the $400 (CAD), issued as a digital Visa gift card, provided solely by Finder and not by Airwallex. The Reward is paid on the Fulfilment Date (i) upon successful opening of a new Airwallex Business Account through the Finder promotional link; and (ii) completion of the Qualifying Event as defined above.
• “Eligibility Date” means the date on which Finder verifies whether all eligibility requirements have been met. For this Promotion, the Eligibility Date is October 5, 2026.
• “Fulfilment Date” means the date on which Finder issues the Reward following verification of eligibility. For this Promotion, the Fulfilment Date is November 5, 2026.
• “New Customer” means any individual who does not currently hold an active Business Account with Airwallex and has not been a primary or joint holder of any account, profile, or established service relationship with Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “Airwallex Entities”). Existing or prior Airwallex account holders are not eligible.
• In the case of a joint account application, all named account holders must independently meet the definition of “New Customer” for the account to be eligible for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Reward will be awarded per new Business Account opened, regardless of the number of joint owners or participants.
• Eligibility is cross-referenced across all Airwallex product lines. If Airwallex’s records indicate that a participant has an existing profile or account of any type (all Airwallex product lines) prior to clicking the Finder link, the participant will be deemed ineligible for the Reward, regardless of whether they are opening a Business Account for the first time.
• “Good Faith Participation” means completing the Qualifying Event with the genuine intention of using Airwallex’s products or services as intended, and not for the sole or primary purpose of obtaining the Reward. Good Faith Participation excludes, without limitation: (i) closing, downgrading, or reducing use of the account below any required threshold before the Fulfilment Date; (ii) opening and closing an account in immediate succession; (iii) using multiple Finder accounts, email addresses, or identities to obtain more than one Reward under this or any related Promotion; and (iv) any other conduct intended to circumvent the eligibility requirements or the intended operation of this Promotion.

DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, THESE TERMS REPLACE ANY PRIOR TERMS FOR THE FINDER CANADA $400 AIRWALLEX OFFER.

Eligibility

1. To qualify for the Reward, you must:
   • Be aged 18 years or over.
   • Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
   • Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.
   • Click on the unique promotion link to access Airwallex’s product page and complete the eligible transaction in the same session.
   • Open the Airwallex Business Account during the Promotion Period.
   • Complete a Qualified First Transaction, defined as all account-level transactions (fund deposit, transfers and FX), except for the monthly fee occurrence, processed and settled before the end of the Promotion Period.
   • Maintain an active Airwallex Business Account until the Reward is fulfilled.
   • Use the same first name, last name and email address on your Finder account and Airwallex account.
   • Be a New Customer, as defined above.
   • Airwallex requires a business email address. Existing Finder members with a personal email address on file must register a new Finder account using their business email address to remain eligible for the Reward.
   • Pre-existing applications: Users who began an Airwallex application before this requirement took effect may continue using a Finder account registered with a personal email address, provided their first and last names remain consistent across both platforms.
2. Participating products are limited to: Airwallex Business Account
3. Other eligibility conditions may apply, including but not limited to:
   • Using direct debit or other qualifying payment method.
   • Residing in Canada.
   • Only one Reward may be claimed for each approved Eligible Product. For joint accounts, only one Reward may be claimed for each approved account.
   • For joint accounts, all account holders must meet the eligibility criteria at the time of opening the account.

Entrants must engage in Good Faith Participation, as defined above, throughout the Promotion Period and through the Fulfilment Date. Finder reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, acting in good faith, to deny, withhold, delay, or reclaim a Reward, and to suspend or terminate an Entrant’s Finder Member account, where Finder reasonably believes an Entrant has not engaged in Good Faith Participation.

Eligibility determinations under this Promotion are based on data, confirmations, and reporting provided to Finder by Airwallex. Finder does not have visibility into, and is not responsible for verifying, Airwallex’s internal systems, account records, or transaction ledgers. If Airwallex advises Finder that an Entrant did not complete the Qualifying Event, that determination is treated as final for purposes of this Promotion, except to the extent required by applicable law. The Entrant retains the right to raise a dispute with Finder in accordance with the Eligibility Dispute Window set out below, and Finder will consider any supporting documentation provided by the Entrant when reviewing the dispute.

Ineligibility

1. The Reward will not be issued if:
   • You do not use the unique promotion link while logged into your Finder account to apply for the Eligible Product on the Airwallex website.
   • You complete the transaction outside the Promotion Period.
   • Your personal details (first name, last name, email) do not match between Finder and Airwallex.
   • You are an existing customer as defined in Airwallex’s applicable offer terms and conditions (reference to Airwallex’s direct platform terms).
   • You redeem another similar Airwallex promotion or cashback offer.
   • You are an existing Airwallex employee or immediate family member eligible for staff discounts.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
• Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions.
• Use of VPNs, ad blockers, or similar technology that prevents Finder from tracking the qualifying transaction.
• Purchases made through other cashback or rewards websites.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Purchases using any type of discount which lowers the price advertised on the Airwallex site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
• Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated.
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase.
• Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder’s site.

How to Qualify

To qualify for the Reward:

1. Sign up for a Finder Member account, or log into your existing account if already a member.
2. Be a New Customer, as defined above.
3. Click on the unique promotion link to access Airwallex’s product page and complete the eligible transaction in the same session, during the Promotion Period (August 4, 2026 – September 4, 2026).
4. Open the Airwallex Business Account and complete the Qualifying Event, as defined above.

Upon meeting all eligibility requirements, Finder will issue the $400 Reward on or before the Fulfilment Date (November 5, 2026).

Reward Amounts

1. The Reward Amount that an eligible customer may claim will be based on the Eligible Product opened:
   • Eligible Product: Airwallex Business Account
   • Reward Amount: $400

Limitations

• Eligible participants may only receive this Reward once.
• Finder reserves the right to cancel or modify these Terms and Conditions or terminate your eligibility at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Eligibility Dispute Window: An Entrant who believes they have met the eligibility requirements but has not received confirmation of eligibility must submit a dispute, together with any supporting documentation Finder requests, within 90 calendar days of the Eligibility Date. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered.
• Activation Window: An Entrant confirmed as eligible must activate the Reward within 6 months of Reward issuance. Rewards not activated within this window may be forfeited.

Fulfilment and tracking

• Eligibility check date: On or before October 5, 2026
• Reward issued date: On or before November 5, 2026 after eligible transaction
• Finder will notify eligible members by email when their reward activation link is available in their member dashboard.
• Reward activation link will be distributed via email by Tremendous.
• Reward must be activated by the date specified in your email (typically within 12 months of issue) and will remain valid for at least 6 months after activation.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
• Finder is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable gift cards.
• If your Reward has not been issued by the Reward issued date above, you must contact Finder within 90 days of the Eligibility check date to query or claim your Reward. Any enquiries raised after this 90-day period will be considered void and Finder will not be liable to issue the Reward.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link.
• Complete your purchase within 3 hours of clicking.
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session.
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site.

General conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided via the Finder website where required by law; material changes will not affect rewards already accrued prior to such notice.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any consumer protection statute that limits the exclusion of liability, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this Promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
• Finder has the right to investigate, deny, or reclaim a Reward, and to disqualify any Entrant and/or suspend or terminate their associated Finder Member account, in cases of suspected collusion, use of multiple identities, bot or automated activity, or any other attempt to game, exploit, or circumvent these Terms and Conditions or the intended operation of this Promotion. This right survives issuance of the Reward.
• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, provincial, or territorial taxes arising from receipt of the Reward.
• Where Finder is unable to independently verify an Entrant’s completion of the Qualifying Event through Airwallex-provided data, Finder may request supporting documentation before making an eligibility determination, which may include a dated confirmation email from Airwallex and/or a screenshot from the Airwallex app or website showing the relevant account, date, and transaction details. Finder may deny a claim where the requested documentation is not provided within a reasonable time, is incomplete, is inconsistent with Finder’s records, or otherwise fails to evidence timely completion of the Qualifying Event.

Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Finder may collect, use and share your personal information with fulfilment partners, service providers (including Tremendous LLC in the United States), and Airwallex for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility and issuing the Reward.
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes only where you have provided express opt-in consent, sought separately from your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Transactional communications relating to this Promotion (eligibility confirmation, Reward activation, dispute correspondence) are provided as part of your participation and are not subject to the separate marketing opt-in.
• All entries and participant data will be processed by Finder in accordance with Finder’s Privacy Policy. You retain rights of access, correction, and, where applicable, deletion under Canadian privacy laws.
• Personal information collected for this Promotion is retained for 7 years following the Fulfilment Date to comply with tax, accounting, dispute-handling and fraud-prevention obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
• Finder’s Privacy Officer for Canada is David Chen, privacy@finder.com. You may direct any privacy-related questions or requests to this contact.
• If you are a resident of Quebec, the following additional disclosures apply under Quebec’s Law 25:
• (i) Your personal information may be transferred outside of Quebec, including to Finder personnel and service providers located elsewhere in Canada and in the United States (Finder’s fulfilment provider, Tremendous LLC, is located in the United States). Finder has conducted a privacy impact assessment for these transfers and applies contractual and technical safeguards designed to give your information a level of protection comparable to that required under Quebec law.
• (ii) Eligibility for this Promotion is verified using automated systems that match Finder records against data provided by Airwallex. If a decision affecting your eligibility is made based exclusively on automated processing, you have the right under Law 25 s.12.1 to be informed of the principal factors used, to submit observations, and to request that a Finder employee review the decision. Contact the Privacy Officer above to exercise this right.
• (iii) Finder uses cookies and similar tracking technology (as described in the “Fulfilment and tracking” section) that may allow for profiling. You may disable these functions in your browser, but doing so will prevent your participation from being tracked and may prevent Reward fulfilment.

If you believe you are eligible and have not received your Reward from Finder, please contact Finder’s customer service using the email linked to your Finder account within 90 days of the Eligibility check date. Reach-outs received after this 90-day window will not be honoured and any Reward claim will be considered void.

Finder aims to respond to Entrant inquiries regarding this Promotion within 3–5 business days. Response times may be longer during periods of high inquiry volume.
