Your first name, last name and email address must match exactly between your Finder and Scotiabank accounts. A middle name is fine, but don't use a nickname—that could make you ineligible.
Just make sure you follow the steps above—especially logging in to your Finder account first. You will receive an email from Tremendous with a link to activate your digital Visa card.
Both account holders must be eligible new Scotiabank customers. If either person is an existing Scotiabank customer, no one on the joint account will qualify.
The digital Visa card can be used for online purchases just as you would use a credit card. There is no billing address associated with the card. You may enter your own address when shopping online.
You'll get an email from Tremendous, our rewards partner with a link to redeem your reward. Shortly after you have redeemed your reward, you will receive an email with a link to your digital Visa card.
