If I use my middle name or nickname in my application, will I still receive the reward?

Your first name, last name and email address must match exactly between your Finder and rbc accounts. A middle name is fine, but don't use a nickname—that could make you ineligible.

Do I need to do anything after applying?

Just make sure you follow the steps above—especially logging in to your Finder account first. You will receive an email from Tremendous with a link to activate your digital Visa card.

What if I'm opening a joint account?

Both account holders must be eligible new RBC customers. If either person is an existing RBC customer, no one on the joint account will qualify.

Where can I use the digital Visa card?

The digital Visa card can be used for online purchases just as you would use a credit card. There is no billing address associated with the card. You may enter your own address when shopping online.

How do I receive the digital Visa card?

You'll get an email from Tremendous, our rewards partner with a link to redeem your reward. Shortly after you have redeemed your reward, you will receive an email with a link to your digital Visa card.

How long do I have to use the card?

The reward must be activated on the Tremendous website within 12 months of being issued. The digital Visa card has a 6-month expiration date once activated.

I haven't received my reward—who do I contact?

Email us at help-ca@finder.com and we'll look into it. Please get in touch within 4 months of opening your account.

Can I combine this with other Scotiabank promotions?
