How can I get Salomon free shipping?
Salomon offers free of charge shipping on all orders over R500. If your order total is less than R500, a standard shipping fee of R80 will be applied at checkout. Delivery to main centres is expected to take 3-5 working days from dispatch, and for outlying areas, you should receive your order within 4-6 working days.
What is the Salomon returns policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase when it arrives, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund. All products must be returned in an unworn condition complete with tags intact.
Salomon also believes in providing high-quality products, which is why they offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all items. For Ski pants and jackets, you’ll be covered against any manufacturing defects for 3-years. For all other items, you’ll receive a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
