What is the Planet54 returns policy?

Planet43 accepts returns within 7-14 working days of your order. Goods purchased online have a 5 day “cooling off period”. Plantet43 only accepts returns if the items are usused, and are in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for buyers remorse or change of mind. You must be able to provide a valid, dated proof of purchase.

Some goods have a 6 month return time frame. This includes:

  • Goods that have been supplied incorrectly and are substantially different to what was ordered.
  • Materially defective goods.

Returns are processed online. You will need your order number.

Returns are not accepted where:

  • The goods have been damaged due to ordinary wear and tear
  • The goods are custom made or personalised
  • Goods are not originally in stock have been especially ordered for the consumer
  • Goods that pose health or safety hazards if reused. This includes food and drink products, earrings, hair pieces, attachments and personal body items. Also included are underwear, sleepwear and lingerie.
  • Opened electronic goods
  • Goods that have been damaged willfully or have been damaged by force of nature such as an act of nature, electrical surge or inclement weather

If a buyer requests a return and this puts the value of their original order below the free shipping total, then shipping must be paid for.

Please note that returns are not being processed during the lock down period. Returns applied for during this period will be processed after lockdown ends.
