How long will it take to be approved?

Chase has an immediate response if the information you provided is accurate and complete and all the requirements for the card are met. If not, you’ll get a decision within 7 to 10 business days.

If additional verification is required, it can take up to 30 days to receive a response.

Once approved, you’ll get your card within 10 business days by mail.

  • High APR on purchases.

  • Penalty APR.

JPMorgan Chase Credit Card, issuer of the United Club℠ Business Card, is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and receives an A+ rating, with a composite score of 1 out of 5 stars based on 99 customer reviews. Despite its high rating with the BBB, it’s had nearly 2,554 customer complaints as of October 2020. The majority of negative feedback revolves around poor customer service, rising interest and issues getting fraudulent charges resolved. One person even claims to have had their credit card account closed without any notice, even though she paid the account on time every month and it was in good standing.
