Share prices may go up or it may go down (or it may stay steady), depending on market conditions, before or after you get your free share.<\/p><h4 id=\"inactivity\">XTB charges \u201cinactivity fees\u201d after a year of inactivity<\/h4><p>Bit of a shocker, this one, but easily avoidable by either using your new account or closing it. If you don\u2019t trade on the account for more than 12 months, and there has been no cash deposit in the previous 90 days, you\u2019ll start incurring a fee of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xtb.com\/en\/help-center\/fees-and-payments\/inactivity-fees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201c\u20ac10 monthly (or equivalent in GBP, USD)\u201d<\/a>.
