This won\u2019t necessarily be as much as \u00a3100 but if you do a few, the payments can soon add up. <\/p><p>At the time of writing the savings platform, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/savings-accounts\/raisin-savings-accounts\">Raisin<\/a>, for example, pays you \u00a3100 for each friend you refer, subject to them meeting specific requirements. British Gas also offers \u00a3100 to share between you and a friend if they switch their gas and electricity to the energy supplier.    <\/li><li><h3>Use a cashback website <\/h3><p>If you regularly shop online, use cashback websites such as Quidco or TopCashback to earn a percentage of the amount you spend each time. You simply find the retailer you want to make a purchase from on the cashback site and click through to make your purchase as normal. This is then tracked, the cashback site gets a commission and it passes some (or all) of this on to you.<\/p><p>Cashback rates tend to vary depending on the retailer, and you might earn more if you\u2019re a new customer of that particular shop. <\/p><p>How quickly you can earn \u00a3100 depends on what you\u2019re spending where. But as you can use these sites when you pay for anything from clothing to a holiday, if you have a large purchase to make, you could earn that \u00a3100 fairly quickly.<\/p><p>These sites often offer welcome bonuses or referral payments too.    <\/li><li><h3>Use a cashback card<\/h3><p>We\u2019ve already mentioned this briefly, but if you apply for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/current-accounts\/current-accounts-with-cashback\">cashback card<\/a>, you can earn a percentage of your spend back whenever you use it.<\/p><p>Just keep in mind that cashback rates are usually only around 0.5% to 1%, so it can take some time to earn \u00a3100.<\/p><p>To speed up the process, you\u2019ll need to whack all your everyday spending on your card, so only use a cashback credit card if you\u2019re confident you can repay the balance in full each month. Otherwise the interest you\u2019ll pay will far outweigh the cashback you earn. Also watch out for cashback credit cards that charge annual fees &#8211; you\u2019ll need to earn more than this in cashback to make the card worth it. <\/p><p>The good news is that cashback debit cards are also available. At the time of writing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/current-accounts\/chase-digital-bank-review\">Chase current account<\/a> comes with a debit card that pays 1% cashback on some of your day-to-day spending such as groceries and transport. You can earn up to \u00a315 a month, so you could receive your \u00a3100 within 7 months.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Bottom line<\/h3><p>Earning an extra \u00a3100 can be straightforward and easy to do with the right approach.
