{"id":483893,"date":"2023-03-30T14:01:06","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T13:01:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/?p=483893"},"modified":"2025-12-10T10:50:26","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T10:50:26","slug":"press-release-finder-car-insurance-innovation-awards-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/media\/press-release-finder-car-insurance-innovation-awards-2023","title":{"rendered":"Winners of the Finder Car Insurance Innovation Awards 2023 revealed!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>30, March, 2023, LONDON<\/b><b> \u2013<\/b><span> <\/span><\/p><p><span>The winners and highly commended companies in the annual Finder Car Insurance Innovation Awards 2023 have today been announced.<\/span><\/p><p><span>The awards recognise car insurance providers that are innovating in their field, by bringing new and impactful features to the market and delivering unique and beneficial services to their customers. <\/span><\/p><p><span>The awards were decided by a panel of 3 expert judges:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span>Danny Butler, Insurance Publisher, Finder<\/span><\/li><li><span>Ben Carey-Evans, Senior Insurance Analyst at GlobalData<\/span><\/li><li><span>Rebecca Goodman, Insurance Journalist<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span>And the winners are\u2026 <\/span><\/p><p><span>Winning the top spot for the Finder Car Insurance Innovation Awards 2023 is both Vitality and Zego. <\/span><\/p><p><span>The judges were impressed by Vitality&#8217;s innovative new &#8216;Good Driving&#8217; scheme, with Rebecca Goodman commenting that it is &#8220;impressive and could prove to be a real game changer in the car insurance world&#8221;. Another popular feature cited by the experts is the cashback incentive, which the judges agreed could make a real difference in the current economic climate.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Zego was also awarded first place for its success in having &#8220;identified the insurance gap in the rapidly growing gig economy quicker than anyone else&#8221;, according to Ben Carey-Evans.
