It\u2019s designed to help youngsters learn how to manage their money and encourage financial independence. <\/p><h3>What are the benefits?<\/h3><p>The RBS Revolve account charges no monthly maintenance fee and pays interest on balances. It\u2019s also easy to manage the account on the go through mobile and online banking.<\/p><h3>How to apply<\/h3><p>Those aged between 11 and 15 will need a parent or guardian with them to open an account. The parent\/guardian will also need to hold their own RBS current account. <\/p><p>Those aged 16\u201317 can open the account themselves, provided they can prove their identity and address with their own documents.
