Through either channel, you can request a video call with an RBS mortgage specialist. Alternatively you can head to a branch.<\/p><h3>Who can access 95% mortgages through RBS?<\/h3><p>You\u2019ll need to be buying a house (in other words not just remortgaging) that you plan to live in. It can\u2019t be a new-build and it must be valued at no more than \u00a3600,000.<\/p><h3>RBS mortgages customer reviews<\/h3><p>In our 2024 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/mortgages\/finder-mortgages-customer-satisfaction-awards-2024\"> customer satisfaction survey<\/a>, RBS scored 4 out of 5 stars with 88% of its customers saying they\u2019d recommend the brand to a friend.<\/p><p>Customers in our survey praised RBS\u2019 reliable service, however customers left mixed reviews when it came to customer service.
