But if you&#8217;re in a hurry, they probably can&#8217;t help.<\/p><p>Things are different with digital-only lenders. They usually offer quick and simple application processes and let you know whether you&#8217;ve been accepted as soon as possible. They often use &#8220;alternative&#8221; methods to speed up your application and look not only at your credit record but also use algorithms, smart tech and Open Banking to get a wider view of your business finances.<\/p><p>In most cases, they&#8217;ll give you a decision within 24 hours, regardless of your credit score. However, they&#8217;ll be more expensive in most cases and offer you higher interest rates than a traditional bank.<\/p><h3>Which types of loans should I look at to get a quick business loan?<\/h3><p>Digital lenders that offer same-day decisions normally do unsecured business loans. A traditional lender won&#8217;t get her the funds on time, so she applies with an alternative digital lender instead.<\/li><li>She is offered a 25% annual rate, so she&#8217;ll have to pay \u00a312,500 back (in 12 monthly payments that will be around \u00a31,050 each). This way, she can spread the cost. Try to establish in advance which is important for you:<\/p><ul class=\"list-10\"><li><strong>Eligibility criteria.<\/strong> Can you get a loan with this lender at all? Some lenders only work with businesses that have a certain annual revenue or that have been operating for a certain period.<\/li><li><strong>Speed.<\/strong> Many lenders disclose how long it usually takes them to come to a decision. If your cash flow is irregular and you need more constant support, you may want to consider other options.<\/p><p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/business-credit-cards\">business credit card<\/a>, for example, allows you to borrow the exact amount you need month by month. If you pay the sum back within the billing cycle, you won&#8217;t pay any interest, so it may turn out cheaper than a short-term loan. Some credit card providers also offer quick and hassle-free application processes, and you may get the card in a few days.<\/p><p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finder.com\/uk\/business-loans\/business-line-of-credit\">business line of credit<\/a> also works similarly.
