Spanning the Marvel Universe from present-day Earth to the mystical realm of Asgard, Thor is an epic adventure.

What’s the film about?

Cast out of the realm of Asgard by his father Odin for his arrogance, the warrior Thor is sent to Earth to live among humans. There Thor falls in love with the scientist Jane Foster, who teaches him many valuable lessons. As an evil villain from his homeland sends dark forces to invade Earth, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero.

Can’t I just download Thor illegally for free?

No. Here are a few very good reasons why you shouldn’t:

  • It’s poor quality. Streaming often takes ages to buffer, will keep cutting out and is bad picture quality.
  • It risks your computer. All of those pop-ups aren’t doing your laptop much good.
  • It’s illegal. Disney and Marvel Studios work hard to bring great entertainment to fans. So sign up for Disney+, then sit back and enjoy.

Signing up with Disney+ means you can also watch loads of other movies and TV shows, including all the Marvel films and loads of content from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and National Geographic.

Is Thor on Netflix or other streaming sites?

Yes, you can watch Thor on Amazon Prime, Google Play and YouTube, or you can watch it by adding Disney+ to NOW and Sky Q. But you’ll have to pay for it on all of these.
