The Currency Exchange Corporation (CEC) was established in 1999, by its chairman and CEO Mr Mike Cooke who has more than 25 years of experience in the Foreign Banknote trading business in the City of London.

What services does Currency Exchange Corporation offer?

Currency Exchange Corporation offers two services:

  1. Cash delivieries. You can buy foreign currency via the post and get it delivered to your door (minimum £500). Once you’ve completed your order, it will be sent out by secure post as soon as it is ready.
  2. Cash collection. Pop in to a local branch and collect your currency after ordering online.

How much can I transfer with Currency Exchange Corporation?

The minimum Currency Exchange Corporation will process is £100.

The maximum amount that can be processed is £7,500 (2,500 for home deliveries). If you require a higher amount, please get in touch via phone or email.

How soon can I get my money?

If you choose to place an order for delivery to your home, you can select a specific working day for delivery up to 30 days in advance of this delivery date. Please note that Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.

How safe is my money?

If you are getting money delivered and are not home, a card will be left as the parcel needs to be signed for. The card will let you know where to collect your money from.

Are there any fees I might have to pay?

For amounts under £200 there is a £2 flat fee. If you pay using a credit card, there is a £2 or 2% charge, whichever is higher.
