Why should I collect my cash?

In a world of instantaneous clicks and swipes, trudging down to the shops might seem like an antiquated way to pick up some cash. But collecting in store is not without its benefits. Here’s a list of possible advantages to collecting your cash before you go on holiday:

  • Lock in the online exchange rate. Most companies will allow you to fix the exchange rate on the day you reserve when collecting on the same day, this gives you an opportunity to avoid a fluctuation in the rate, saving money.
  • Collect your currency on the day of your choice. This makes things pretty easy for organising your pre-trip errands.
  • Collect at a variety of locations. It shouldn’t be too inconvenient or out of the way, because most companies have local branches across the UK.
  • Sometimes the quickest method. Some companies allow same-day delivery, so if you’re on top of things collecting your travel money can be the quickest solution.

      Hi Sofia,

Thanks for getting in touch with finder. I hope all is well with you. :)

Yes, you can collect USD in London. In terms of location, that would depend on which company you used. You can look for a local branch of the company in London. However, you also have the option where you can simply ask the company to send you the money to a specific address.

I hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us out again.

      Have a wonderful day!

      Cheers,
      Joshua
