Single trip cover is intended for one-off holidays, and can be for up to 365 days. Customers can choose from a Lite, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum policy level.

Pros

What is my excess?

An excess is the amount of money you contribute to your claim before Boots will pay out.

The amount of the excess you have to pay will depend on which policy level you have and the nature of your claim. Make sure to check your policy schedule for details regarding your excess payments.

What is the claims process for Boots travel insurance?

To make a claim with on your Boots travel insurance, you can either call the Boots claim team or fill out a claims form on the Boots website.
