• How do I use my Simba Sleep discount code?

  How do I use my Simba Sleep voucher code?

  1. Browse through Simba’s items and choose what you’d like to purchase

  2. Once you’ve selected an item you’d like to buy, select the appropriate size (if applicable) and click the blue “Add to cart” button

  3. Once you’ve selected all your items and you’re ready to complete your order, click the blue “Check Out” in the bottom right corner of the cart page

  4. On the next page, you will see a summary of your order on the right side of the page. Underneath your order, you will see where it says “Have a discount code?”

  5. Click “Have a discount code?” and enter the code you copied from finder into the box that appears. Then click the “Apply” button.

  6. Once your discount is applied to your order, you can coplete the personal information on this page and click “Continue”

  7. On the following pages, choose your shipping method and enter in your payment details. Then finalise your order and wait for your new mattress!

Simba Sleep’s returns policy

Simba Sleep offers a 200-night trial. If you decide within this time that the Simba mattress is not perfect for you, Simba will collect your mattress from your house and arrange a full refund.

1. Test your mattress for up to 200 nights, and if you don’t like it you can return it.
2. Call Simba’s Customer Experience team on 020 3750 6500 or email hello@simbasleep.com to notify it of the return.
3. Arrange a suitable time and date for the return to be completed.
