The mobile-only bank claims to give “discounts on stuff you actually want” with the new feature, which is now available to all its UK customers.

Revolut has announced the expansion of its new Revolut Perks feature, which allows you to earn rewards on your everyday spending.

For every 10th purchase that you make, Revolut will send a cashback or discount offer straight to your phone that you can redeem from the banking app. You get an instant discount when you pay with your Revolut card, either by tapping through from the app or by using a discount code. Cashback rewards get you a percentage of your purchase back when you shop with your Revolut card.

At the moment, the challenger bank’s customers can take advantage of three perks from Trainline, National Express and HelloFresh from the Revolut mobile app. It is also partnering with other well-known brands offering perks on entertainment, flights, restaurants, groceries, health and beauty, fitness and shopping.

Previously, Perks was only available to the bank’s Premium and Metal account holders, allowing those who paid a monthly subscription to Revolut to access the discounts and cashback.
