MissPap’s returns policy

You can return items in their brand new condition in the original packaging to MissPap up to 14 days from receipt of the item. There are four ways you can return unwanted items:

  • Asda. You can return your items to your nearest Asda using the toyou returns label (a charge of £2 applies).
  • Collect+. You can return your item by downloading and printing a Collect+ label then taking your items to your nearest Collect+ centre (a charge of £2 applies).
  • Prepaid DPD. If you received your order from DPD, then you can return it using the attached returns label and dropping the parcel at a pick-up shop (a charge of £3.99 applies).
  • Post Office. You can also return your items by taking them to your local Post Office along with a MissPap returns label (the cost of return postage and packaging is not refunded by MissPap).
