Where to buy Alpha Quark in the UK
It looks like AQT may not be available to purchase on an exchange in the UK.
You can still purchase AQT by using a decentralised exchange (DEX) instead. Decentralised exchanges are web applications that run on blockchains like Ethereum and allow users to trade any asset directly with one another.
Decentralised exchanges (DEX) are unregulated and run using autonomous pieces of code known as smart contracts. To use a DEX you must interact with the blockchain directly, which is not recommended for novice users. Please learn about decentralised exchanges first if you're unfamiliar.
How to purchase AQT using a decentralised exchange.
- Find AQT on a decentralised exchange and make sure Alpha Quark can be traded for ETH which is the native asset of Ethereum. Popular DEXs include Uniswap, SushiSwap and 1INCH.
- Buy ETH to trade for AQT using an exchange like CoinJar. You will need to purchase enough ETH to swap for AQT as well as ETH to pay for transaction fees on the Ethereum network (known as gas). You can use a service like Etherscan to get an idea of how much gas fees currently cost.
- Transfer the ETH into a web 3.0 wallet like MetaMask to connect to the DEX.
- Trade ETH for AQT on the DEX of your choice, following the instructions on screen. Make sure to leave enough ETH in your wallet to pay for gas.
- Wait for the transaction to finalise and the AQT tokens will arrive in your wallet.
- You may now keep the tokens in your web 3.0 wallet or transfer them somewhere more secure like a hardware wallet.
You can follow the same process when you want to sell your tokens, or come back to this page to see if they can now be traded on an exchange in the UK.
Best Alpha Quark wallets to store your AQT
You can keep your AQT on the exchange you purchased it on, or move it to a personal wallet:
- Some people like to use their own wallets to guarantee total ownership over their assets, or to use them with other applications like DeFi services.
- Hardware wallets are typically considered to be the safest type of cryptocurrency wallet, as they use a physical device to enhance security in a number of ways. You can take a look at some of our top hardware wallet picks for self-custody of your AQT below.

Is Alpha Quark a good investment?
Though it might be tempting to rush into purchasing AQT given the rapid rise of NFTs, it's important to consider both the upsides and the risks before any purchase. Here are some things to consider before buying Alpha Quark Token:
- Competition. Alpha Quark is one of a number of NFT-focussed platforms that have been released in the past few years, and what was once a sparse sector is rapidly becoming more and more dense. The ability to directly access a unique metaverse space for artwork hosted on the Alpha Quark platform does give it a point of difference, however this may not be enough to give it an advantage over its competition. Considering platforms such as OpenSea.io already dominate the NFT market, Alpha Quark will need to continue adopting new members and technology to be successful long-term.
- Tokenomics. There is a maximum supply of 30 million AQT, and they have been allocated as follows: 21.61% were sold in a private sale, 14% has been reserved for marketing, and another 14% for research and development. 13.67% is dedicated to business ops, while 13.33% has been distributed to partners in the Alpha Quark Alliance. Finally, 8.33% has been allotted to the founding team, and the remaining 15.05% is being held in reserve. Royalties. A key philosophy of Alpha Quark’s project is to provide fair compensation to artists minting NFTs. A way of achieving this is by providing royalties – where the original creator receives a portion of the sale price, no matter to who or when the NFT is sold. While this is not a novel concept in the NFT world (or the physical world), platforms are inconsistent with providing this system. Creators may prefer Alpha Quark over other NFT minting platforms due to this feature.
