  If you’re planning on heading to your local Hotel Chocolat store, you might want to give it a call. You’ll find your local store and its number in the interactive map on Hotel Chocolat’s website.

• Can I get free delivery on Black Friday?

  No. For one item standard delivery costs £3.95 and for two items or more it charges £4.95. Click and collect is free, but only if your local store stocks the item or items you want. A fee is charged if it has to send anything from the warehouse.

• How long will it take for my Black Friday order to arrive?

  For standard delivery, anywhere between three and five days. There are express delivery options, though, which are only slightly more expensive.

• When’s the next big sale after Black Friday?

  From Boxing Day and all the way into January. It’s a big one too! Up to 30% off on certain products.

• Are these really the best deals of the year?

  In truth, no. Hotel Chocolat predictably goes big for Easter and offered up to 50% off last time round.

• Are returns free?

  Within 14 days, yes. However, if you open the box you can only return the product if it’s not up to your satisfaction. So you probably can’t eat the whole box and demand your money back.
