Is Toto Energy cheap?

Something to remember

There is no single cheapest energy supplier out there, only the cheapest provider for you and your usage requirements. If it gets confusing, you can always come back and consult finder.com’s energy pages and guides!

How do customers rate Toto Energy?

Ofgem, the UK energy regulator, publish facts and figures surrounding energy usage throughout the year.

Toto hasn’t yet submitted complaints data to the energy regulator. So it’s hard to draw any conclusions.

Is Toto Energy green?

Toto also hasn’t released its fuel mix data, so it’s hard to say at this point.

Can I get a smart meter with Toto Energy?

TOTO Energy installs a smart meter for free. It’ll give you accurate bills, automatic readings, and allow you to get great tariffs.

How do I contact Toto Energy?

Depending on your requirements, there’s a whole load of numbers to call. Save yourself time by picking the right one, instead of getting redirected around different call centres. Here are Toto Energy’s contact numbers:

  • Account queries – 0333 210 7070

How do I make a complaint to Toto Energy?

It comes with the territory. If a boiler breaks or the electricity goes out, people don’t tend to be too happy!

With Toto Energy, you have the following options for registering a complaint:

  1. Call 0333 210 7070
  2. Email complaints@totoenergy.com
  3. Write to Complaints Team, TOTO Energy, Forth Floor, Tower Point, 44 North Road, Brighton, BN1 1YR

Of course, make sure to Google around or visit Toto Energy’s website to see if someone might have already had the same problem you’re having!

What is a 'dual fuel' tariff?

With one of these tariffs you’ll get both your gas and electricity from the same supplier. This makes life a lot easier. There’s one bill, one direct debit, one number to call if you need to speak to someone. A dual fuel tariff could save you money, but it’s not necessarily the cheapest option.

In some cases, it’s still cheaper to have your gas and electricity provided by separate suppliers.

Can I use my old fashioned meters (not smart meter) with Toto Energy?

      Hi Pauline,

Thanks for reaching out to Finder.

If you are switching to Toto Energy, they’ll get a smart meter installed for you free of charge. However, you can decline to have a smart meter installed and use your old fashioned meter. Please note though that in the future, you may not have access to all the tariffs available on the market.

      I hope this helps.

      Cheers,
      Charisse
